Mark known busy periods (e.g. Parliament sitting weeks) so drivers can see them on the calendar before requesting time off.
Add the fares you want monitored (e.g. Min fare, Airport transfer) so suggested adjustments are calculated for each.
Run each 1 January, reading the position as it stands at 30 December. A fare still above its 1 Jan base from a fuel adjustment gets 90% of CPI; one back at base gets the full CPI.
A record of what was passed on and when. Deleting an entry does not change any fare.
